If MonTurn and conveyor belt are not connected to the same supply, an equipotential bonding between the two ground connections must be ensured.

In order to operate the TB40 conveyor belt with the control unit MonTurn, the conveyor belt drive must be parameterized in the PLC speed mode. The conveyor belt drive is normally parametrized at the factory before the conveyor belt is delivered (standard parametrization).
Assembly instructions BA-100155 Control unit MonTurn Maintenance A maintenance-free operation of the MonTurn is possible if they are used according to their intended purpose and are not exposed to life-reducing influences. Intended use and life-reducing influences are listed in chapter 3.1 “Use for intended purpose”. In the presence of dust, oil-containing air, foreign bodies, such as chips from processing machines, etc., we recommend thoroughly cleaning the MonTurn regularly, for example weekly, with cleaner's naphtha.

Repairs to the electrical part may be carried out only by the supplier. It is essential to follow safety instructions for electrical disconnection of the components from the mains or from the control unit MonTurn and for the reinstallation.
Assembly instructions BA-100155 Control unit MonTurn Disassembly and Disposal After the device has reached the end of its service life, disassemble the device and dispose of it in an environmentally compatible manner. Improper disassembly CAUTION! Improper disassembly can result in injury! Stored residual energies, sharp-edged components, corners and points on and in the device or necessary tools may cause injury.
Assembly instructions BA-100155 Control unit MonTurn Disposal Monturn that can no longer be used should not be recycled as a complete unit. Disassemble them into individual parts and recycle them by type of material. Materials that cannot be recycled should be disposed of appropriately.
