Operation BALZER INC. Always start unit up slowly and gradually bring it up to operating speed.(1000 PTO) The shredder knives must be run a minimum of 2 inches above the ground to prevent excessive wear and knife damage. Position the wheels to run in the rows. -
Page 17: Lubrication And Maintenance
Lubrication & Maintenance BALZER INC. All maintenance shall be carried out by a competent operator after disconnecting the PTO from the tractor. An adequate lubrication and the use o suitable lubricants are both essential for the long life and correct operation of the machine.
