Your child can use the three buttons on the side of the tracker to

send messages. You can set these messages via the application
and/or your personal area.

SOS button with voice call

Your child can use the tracker's centre button to send an SOS.

You will receive a call request via the application. If you accept it,
the tracker will call you and you can speak to your child.
IMPORTANT note for iOS users: to access the SOS call request,
please open the application from the SOS notification. To do this,
please set your notifications as Alerts in your telephone's setting
as follows:
Settings › Notifications › Weenect › Notification style › Alerts
Tip: To avoid false alarms, your child needs to hold the button
down for 3 seconds to send the message. Once it vibrates, you
can release it.
