2. ABOUT THIS MANUAL This manual deals with the characteristics of the MTA36 measuring device in its different versions and shows the necessary instructions for its correct installation and start-up. The differences between the versions are indicated by a letter and a number at the end of the product description.
3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION The MTA36 measuring transformer stands out because of its easy installation and the high number of network parameters it can measure. These measurement power meters are designed for the calculation and measurement of the electrical variables, voltage, current, frequency, power, power factor, energy, harmonic components, etc.
All energy values are calculated on the basis of the secondary value; whose minimum resolution is 1WH of 1varh. Whenever the device is connected, the primary energy value increases or decreases at the rate of 1Wh(1varh). Users can reset the energy data through the application according to specific needs. 12 months of the year. 4.1.3 Harmonics The instrument supports network harmonics (2-31st) RMS value. It also measures harmonic distortion and voltage and current unbalance. MTA36 User Manual...
(unit: °). It also measures the voltage deviation and frequency. 4.1.5 Demand The instrument supports independent demand logging channels that can measure the maximum demand value and the present value of both current and power. It is possible to reset the maximum demand from the application. MTA36 User Manual...
It is possible to reset these values through the application. 4.1.7 Average values The device records the average value of voltage, current, frequency, power and power factor of each phase and of the system. MTA36 User Manual -10-...
The device is capable of recording the active power of each phase and total; and the active energy imported from each phase and total each a certain time, which is adjustable by the user through the configuration menu. MTA36 User Manual -11-...
