Let’s Get Started! BREAK THE (A) GREEN BAND AROUND THE BOX AND REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE MATERIAL (B) FROM THE BUTCHER BLOCK TABLE TOP AND CAREFULLY SET TO THE SIDE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BUTCHER BLOCK SURFACE CAN BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO SCRATCHING, DENTING AND BREAKAGE IF NOT HANDLED WITH CARE! PLEASE HANDLE GENTLY. - Page 5 Prepare your install space first by putting a blanket, piece of foam, or clean cardboard down to lay your top on to avoid damage or scratches. Carefully remove butcher block top from cardboard packaging and place top face down on prepared surface.
- Page 6 Now attach metal base (frame) to pods. The base is bolted to pods with Qty. (4)-1/4 - 20 x 35mm hex bolts and 1/4 - 20 lock nuts. There will be four bolts per pod to secure the base to the bottom of each pod. The side bars of the frame where the casters are mounted come pre-installed on the frame, but will need to be adjusted...
- Page 7 Now attach casters to frame. Bolt the casters using the 1/4 - 20 x 20mm .625 thread w/serrations. Use Qty. (4) per caster for a secure assembly. YOU ARE NOW FINISHED! With the help of an additional installer, carefully flip the unit over right side up onto its casters.
