BEFORE GETTING STARTED, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL “POD” DOORS WILL OPEN TO THE RIGHT AS SHOWN ONCE PLACED UPRIGHT THE 4 PODS WILL NEED TO BE PLACED FACE DOWN INITIALLY TO ATTACH THE CONNECTOR PLATE AND STEEL FRAME... - Page 4 WHEN ALL FOUR PODS ARE UPSIDE DOWN , THE ALIGNMENT OF THE BOLT HOLES SHOULD LOOK AS SHOWN THIS WILL ENSURE THE CONNECTOR PLATE LINES UP WITH THE PRE-DRILLED HOLES PLACE THE CONNECTOR PLATE OVER THE INTERSECTION WITH THE OPEN BOLT HOLES USE 4 DECORATIVE BOLTS AND INSERT THEM, TIGHTEN WITH #4 ALLEN WRENCH...
- Page 5 ONCE THE CONNECTOR PLATE IS ATTACHED, PLACE THE STEEL FRAME OVER THE PARAMETER OF THE 4 PODS SO THEY ALIGN WITH THE BOLT HOLES IN EACH CORNER AFTER THE FRAME IS ALIGNED CORRECTLY WITH THE HOLES USE 4 DECORATIVE BOLTS TO ATTACH.
- Page 6 LINE THE THREE HOLES ON THE CASTER UP WITH THE STEEL FRAME AS SHOWN WITH THE (12) SERRATED BOLTS, ATTACH THREE PER CASTER AND TIGHTEN WITH ALLEN WRENCH AFTER BOLTS ARE TIGHTENED, LOCK THE CASTERS IN PLACE BEFORE FLIPPING THE CART THE CORRECT SIDE UP TAKE THE BUTCHER BLOCK OUT OF ITS BOX AND PLACE IT OVER THE 4 PODS...
