tiles in the summary view. There you can view the following
additional information:
• Tensioning force as measured at the start of the journey
• Strength of the radio signal
• Battery level of the iGurt, in terms of percentage
• Full device ID

Troubleshooting
If a problem arises relating to the iGurt's performance, fi rst try to reinsert or replace the batteries to reset the device.
If a problem with the app arises, fi rst restart the app or the smartphone.
If these actions do not fi x the problem, please contact BPW.
