my portable titan array battery stopped working. ac plug in works, but not no charging lights when on battery power. what to do?

on my Rockville Titan Portable array pa/ amp
1.my battery stopped working on my rockville pa amp- no lights when not plugged into ac, when ac has been plugged for hourst to charge, afterwards then no battery power after ac was plugged in. So, about how much would it cost to replace faulty battery? how long is the battery under warranty? where do i find the exact battery type to replace this? can a novice install the new battery or do i need a professional? is it an easy task? do you know why the battery often stopped working? HAS this happened often on this model? usually, how long (or hours played) does it take for the battery to become faulty?
2. on this model, can i plug AUX audio in simultaneously to the rca audio in and the micro plug audio in and have the audios in play the outputs both simultaneously? there is only one volume control there, but i do have volume controls on each separate device 3. I can't find my purchase receipt from a few years ago. how to retrieve it somewhere? THX!!!
