Quick Start Guide
WARNING
To avoid electrical hazards and
possible damage to your LCR meter
or to the equipment under test,
always discharge the capacitor to be
tested before measuring. For in-circuit
measurement, always disconnect
circuit power and discharge all
high-voltage capacitors before testing.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
