This chapter provides the basic operation procedures and describes names and functions on the screen display. Product Introduction LCR Elite1 (“the metre”) is a portable impedance measuring device for incoming inspection of components, quality control, and laboratory use. It is capable of measuring resistance, capacitance or inductance with 3 test frequencies (100Hz, 1kHz and 10kHz). It has a basic accuracy better than 0.5% for resistance and 1% for capacitance and inductance measurements.
