Power Down Mode

In order to save host computer battery power, a special power down mode is incorporated
into the design. There are two steps to power down the card, first set bit 7 of
register to put the AIC-6360 in Sleep Mode, then reset bit 6 of Port B register to disable the
active terminator. If the system wants to go back to normal operation mode, just follow
the steps in reverse order, enable the active terminator first, then clear bit 7 of
register.

Current implementation is no different than a non-SCAM host.
