If your system has multiple host adapters, did
you assign each host adapter a unique interrupt
channel, IRQ channel, or port address?
If you need replacement components, such as a fuse,
jumper shunt, or terminator, see your dealer.

Jumper Block Settings

The AVA-1515 jumper block settings are silk-
screened on the board and are used to configure
user-selectable options. In the diagram on page 1, the
black bar covering both pins represents an installed
jumper. This table shows all the possible settings on
Jumper blocks J1 and J3.

An extra jumper is provided if you want to change the port address. If you change
this option, disable the BIOS, because the host adapter BIOS supports booting
only from the default port address range.

Place jumper on only one interrupt channel pin pair.

Interrupt and IRQ channels must be set to the same number. For example, if you
use interrupt 12, use IRQ 12.
