Answer:
• Bring Range Extender, Camera and Parent unit
near to the Wifi Router (within 3 feet/0.9 meters)
and setup again.

range is not increased and the video streaming on the
parent unit is lagging.
Answer:
• The extender should be placed at least 16 ft
(5m) away from the router to reduce cross radio
interference.
• Place the extender closer to the camera instead of
the parent unit.
