TORNADO ROTARY SNOW BLOWER OPERATOR’S MANUAL 2.2. General design Rotary snow blower Tornado generally consists of linkage, working assembly and hydraulically adjustable blowing tube. Drive is transmitted from tractor's PTO shaft by telescopic articulated shaft (6) onto gearbox (4). The gearbox powers blower's rotor (11) and milling screw (10) through intermediate telescopic articulated shaft (7) and chain gear (5).
NOTE: Use only genuine SaMASZ fittings and spare parts. Spare parts of unknown origin or new made feature lower strength and have unfavourable influence on machine’s performance and overall safety. Connect the shaft's end equipped with overrunning clutch to the machine.

Transport and standstill position When transported the blower should be lifted and protected against accidental falling (e.g. by means of 3-point linkage lock in tractor). When in standstill, blower mounted on tractor should lean the ground with blade.

Preparing rotary snow blower for operation Once blower is properly mounted on tractor, inspect and examine whether blower's clearing bars are in good condition, whether rotor and drive transmission assembly is acceptable condition and has no loosen bolt connections.

Dismounting blower from the tractor Once operation is over, clean the machine and if need be put it aside in a rest place previously setting sliding skids so that the blower upon its lowering onto the ground rests stable on a cleaning blade and skids.

TORNADO ROTARY SNOW BLOWER OPERATOR’S MANUAL 7. DISMOUNTING AND WITHDRAWAL FROM USE NOTE: Before performing any repairs and withdrawal from use the machine must be disconnected from the tractor. 7.1. Repair Before repairing or assessing whether the machine is still serviceable, the machine should be carefully cleaned of dirt, mud and plant remains.
3. Faults or damages should be submitted personally, on letter or by telephone. Repairs shall be carried out within 14 days. Any repair which is subject to warranty should be carried out by an authorized SaMASZ dealer. 4. Warranty claims regarding replacing of the product or repayment are considered within 14 days by the Manufacturer.
