Bialystok, in order to eliminate danger, assumes responsibility for the design and construction of its plows, some elements of risk (so called residual risk) are unavoidable during plow use.

INTENDED USE AND CONSTRUCTION The Smart plows are a light duty plow intended for use on roads, car parks, lots which are slightly uneven or similar jobs. Thoroughly tested construction and the right choice of materials ensure a high reliability and durability of our products.

  • Page 10 Tractor mounted snow plow Operating manual Smart (K), Lite 150, Uni The Smart plows have been designed so that there remains a possibility to mount them on the small municipal tractors, which because of the special construction of the front three point hitch (TPH) cannot accept mounts of the cat.

Lite 150 Snow Plow’s detailed design is provided on (Fig. 7). The design has been reinforced with ribs in 4 points which provides better resistance to damages.

During storing of the machines in company SaMASZ the cylinders are protected by special grease in order to secure them against weather which may cause their premature wear. Before starting the operation excess grease should be removed from the cylinders.
