    VERY IMPORTANT THIS FRYER IS EQUIPPED WITH A THERMAL SWITCH WHICH STOPS THE HEATING IN THE EVENT OF OVERHEATING, (LACK Of OIL, TOO LONG COOKING etc…) IF THE FRYER DOES NOT IGNITE, AFTER HAVING CONNECTED IT, (WHEN YOU TURN THE THERMOSTAT KNOB) YOUR APPARATUS IS NOT OBLIGATORILY BROKEN DOWN.
