DO NOT touch the cell unless the cell switch is in the "standby" position.
Never touch the electrochemical cell, the cell wires, or any part of the cell
while the detector is operating. Before touching the cell, make sure that
the cell switch on the front panel of the LC-4C amperometric controller is
in the "STANDBY" or "OFF" positions. Do not operate cell while dry, or
without connection to the reference electrode. Failure to obey these
warnings may result in damage to both the controller and the
electrochemical cell. Such damage is not covered by warranty.
