c) Oxygen saturation in the air

Follow the steps below to take a measurement:
• Connect the probe to the meter and turn on the meter.
• Remove the red protective cap (21) from the membrane head.
• To switch the measurement function to "O2", press the "▼ FUNCTION" button (8). The
switchover is confirmed with a beep. The "%O2" unit will appear on the display.
• Leave the probe in the air for some time. During this time, the sensor can adapt to the tem-
perature.
• During the measurement, the probe must be moved around by the air (at least 0.2 m/s). This
can be achieved by permanent movement of the probe.
• The upper display line shows the measured value of oxygen saturation (%O2).
• The lower display line shows the measured temperature value of the measured ambient air.
• After you finish testing, always switch the meter off. Replace the probe protective cap.

d) Holding the measured value ("HOLD")

The current measured value can be held to obtain a longer reading time. To hold the measured
value, press the "HOLD" button.
The keystroke is signalled with a beep. The measured value and the "HOLD" symbol appear
on the display.
To disable the function, press the "HOLD" button again. "HOLD" disappears from the display.
