    DC Inverter Multi VRF System User Manual 4.3 Oil Loop 4.3.1 Objective of setting oil loop When large drop height exists in the system, oil loop is required to be set on the vertical pipeline so as to guarantee effective oil return to compressor. 4.3.2 Priciple of setting oil loop When large drop height exists between indoor and outdoor units, oil loop is required to be set on the vertical gas pipe for every 10m from down to the top.
  • Page 15 DC Inverter Multi VRF System User Manual 4.4.2 Flaring Process 1) Use pipe cutter to cut the connection pipe in case it is unshaped. 2) Keep the pipe downward in case cutting scraps get into the pipe. Clear away the burrs after cutting.
  • Page 16 Twist the flared nut on the connection pipe of outdoor valves. Twisting method is the same as for indoor pipe connection. Below is the piping diagram of CHV-5S120NK, CHV-5S140NK and CHV-5S160NK. According to customer requirement or space limit, outlet pipe can be installed from the front, right or rear side.
