Select Segment>Define Segments & Clock.
The dialog box that appears shows the current definition for the segments
and clock.

Segment Definition

The segment window width is 10 ns and the first segment center is 20 ns.
The number of different code spacings, or total possible "windows" to
selectively analyze, is seven. They will start at 20 ns and be spaced 10 ns
apart to 80 ns. The segment width corresponds to the decoding window
width, usually the PLL clock period. The 1st segment center is the
expected nominal value of the time interval associated with the shortest
expected code spacing. You can use this box to define portions of the
histogram data for segmented histogram and window margin analysis.
This can be done before or after the data is acquired.
