PULSE MEASURING TABLE

Target-Pulse-Table
The following table is showing the target-pulse table for the different age categories.
Chose the category that fits you the most and you find the heart frequencies:
DANGER! Please note the following:
Some drugs for high blood pressure are lowering your maximum pulse aswell as the target-pulse.
Please contact your doctor before you start the training.
When you start with your training programm, you should start with a target-pulse of about 50% during
the first weeks. Now you can increase the target-pulse, until you can hold on the 75% range. After
about 6 months or more and your regular training sessions, you can try 86% if you want, but that is not
neccessary to hold your shape.
