window will appear.
Click on "NTSC
VCD" (1) in the

menu. Then click
on "OK" (2).

2) It will bring up the
Options pane. Click
on "Capture
Properties" (2).
3) The Capture
Properties window
appears. Make sure
"Video Capture Filter"
is selected. Click on
"Properties".
