6.2. ANCHORING

Employ at least two persons when anchoring the cabinet.
CAUTION
Tipping cabinet
Crush hazard for hands, feet and body.
» It is essential the cabinet is secured against toppling.
» Do not pull out multiple shelves at the same time.
» Set down heavy objects slowly.
» Comply with the maximum load capacity.
NOTICE
Wiring and pipes in wall
Damage to wiring and pipes.
» Check wall for sufficient load-bearing capacity before drilling.
» Use suitable drilling tools and materials.
» Use suitable protective equipment.
» Have trained personnel drill holes.
» Do not drill holes close to wiring or pipes.

6.2.1. Anchoring to the floor

1. Take lower storage shelf out of cabinet by lifting it at the holes
on the sides.
CAUTION! Risk of cuts. Wear safety gloves.
2. Mark drilling spots through the holes in the cabinet floor and
move the cabinet out of the way.
3. Drill the holes in the floor. Insert the plugs and bolt the cabinet
to the floor.

6.2.2. Anchoring to the wall

Applies to: Chemicals storage cabinet.

ü Floor has sufficient load-bearing capacity.
1. Mark drilling spots through the holes in the cabinet's rear and
move cabinet out of the way.
2. Drill holes in wall, insert wall plugs and screw cabinet to wall.

7. Assembly

CAUTION
Assembly work
Risk of crushing feet or hands when assembling and when closing
drawers.
» Wear safety shoes and safety gloves.
» Ensure safe footing on clean, level surface.
» Do not assemble by yourself.

7.1. CHEMICALS STORAGE CABINET

7.1.1. Containment tray

Protective layer must not be damaged. In the event of damage, im-
mediately remedy the fault or replace containment tray.
1. Insert four shelf carriers per containment tray at an identical
height in socket strip.
2. Place the containment tray on shelf carrier.

8. Maintenance

After maintaining the tray, have the manufacturer or specialised
company carry out a leak test.

9. Cleaning

Do not use chemical, alcoholic, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning
agents. Wipe down powder-coated surfaces (such as body, metal
panelling, drawers, storage shelves) with lukewarm, dampened
cloth. Clean polycarbonate windows with window cleaner and a
soft, clean, non-abrasive cloth.

12. Disposal

Comply with the national and regional environmental protection
and disposal regulations for correct disposal or recycling. Segregate
items into metals, non-metals, composite materials and consum-
ables and dispose of them responsibly.

Check for externally evident damage,
defects and for good condition. Check
the edges and guides for signs of wear.
 If defective, immediately block ac-
cess and prevent use.
 Have the damage repaired immedi-
ately.
Grease any locks and wheels with
multi-function oil.
Check for containers that have leaked.
Remove liquids that have leaked from
trays without leaving any residue.
Check containment tray and underside
of containment tray for visible damage,
corrosion, leaks and damaged weld
seams. Log result.
