Regulatory Approvals

The Iridium Certus 9770 Transceiver is a regulatory approved module that can be fitted within an
enclosed host system. With appropriate external connections, the host system can be designed to meet
full transceiver regulatory tests and sold as a Regulatory Certified product that meets CE, FCC and IC
requirements.

The Iridium Certus 9770 is tested to the regulatory and technical certifications shown in Table 2 (See
Note below).

Iridium has not approved any changes or modifications to this device by the user. Any changes or
modifications could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
