Chicken and courgette risotto

2 chicken fillets, 1 courgette, 1 onion, 10 cl white wine, 250 g Arborio rice,
650 ml water, 10 cl liquid crème fraîche, 50 g Parmesan, 1 tbsp olive oil.
Method
Cut the chicken into pieces. Peel and chop the onion.
Add the olive oil, onion and chicken to the cooking pot and start
cooking in the MANUAL setting. Leave to brown for 2 minutes with
the lid open. Add the rice and stir. Then and the white wine and
leave for 2 more minutes.
Add the water, salt, pepper and select the RICE setting. It takes 12
min to pressure cook the recipe.
When the cooking cycle has finished, mix in the crème fraîche and
Parmesan cheese and wait 2 minutes.
