Troubleshooting
There is a tingling
sensation when
touching the
outside of the
appliance
The ON/OFF button
light does not come
on
The lid does not
close
The lid does not
open
Air is escaping from
the lid
If none of the above-mentioned steps provide a solution for your
problem, please contact the DOMOOVA after-sales department.
Air is escaping from the
appliance
The appliance is not
plugged in
The pressure limit valve is
not in the "O position
The float valve cannot rise
The float valve does not go
back to its original position
after using the appliance
The lid is not closed
The lid seal is missing or not
correctly positioned

Please contact the technical
department
Plug the appliance in to the
mains supply
Place it to the "O" position
Clean the float valve
Press the float valve down
so that it goes back to its
original position
Close the lid correctly
Place the lid seal in the
correct position
