    Use clean water. Contaminated water will clog the servo motor cooling channels. It may result in decreased cooling performance and necessitate replacement of the servo motors.     If the closed loop system volume is small, use a packaged ready made preserved cooling water kit which contains corrosion and microbiological inhibitors.     The diagnostic computer must be connected to the internet using its wireless network adapter. The wired connection must be used to connect to the controller. Mold-Masters does not support alternate network configurations. Connection problems when using alternate configurations are not covered under warranty and may result in increased support times and additional costs.

    Lines that are partially blocked can be cleaned. See “9.13.2 Cleaning Recommendations”. If the channels are completely blocked then the motor must be rebuilt or replaced. Contact your service representative. Mold-Masters recommends using closed loop cooling to keep the cooling channels free of contamination. 9.13.1 Indications of Cooling Line Contamination The condition of the cooling lines can be seen by inspection.
