4-14. Adjusting the needle hole in the throat plate and the needle

WARNING :
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.

In the case the needle does not come down to the
center of needle hole in The throat plate, the position
of the throat plate can be adjusted with screw ❶ .
1) Attach the throat plate.
2) Loosen two needle hole adjustment eccentric
screws ❷ of the throat plate. Adjust the position
of the throat plate so that the needle is aligned
with the center of needle hole in the throat plate
by moving the throat plate.
3) Tighten needle hole adjustment eccentric screws
❷ of the throat plate.
