[1] My device is able to communicate with the LoRa Edge Config app so it is working, but it is not joining
the network, what might be the problem?
There are several things to verify to ensure the device connects and reports to the network. First, make
sure that you gateway is powered and connected to the Actility network (be sure you have run and verified
all of the steps in the section Create the Gateway on Your Account above). After you have verified the
gateway is connected to the network, make sure you have claimed your device on the LoRa Cloud™ Device
Join Service (see section Claiming a device above). After verifying that the device has been claimed, verify
that the traffic is arriving at the Actility website. Check the device settings have been properly set in the
section Create the Tracker Device above. If the device is sending JOIN messages but not DATA messages,
double-check the values in the section Claiming a device above. If there is no traffic coming from the device
at all, no DATA or JOIN messages, verify that the LR1110 Tracker is not in "Airplane Mode" by going through
