4 Operation
Possible incorrect measurement due to polluted device!
Ensure that you keep the contact areas between the tool (1) and the tool holder (2)
absolutely clean! The slightest soiling will render the measurement result unusable!

Insert the tool into the top of the tool holder. In doing so, ensure that no metal chips
or other soiling enters the adjusting device.

Ensure that the power switch is switched on.

Rotate the tool to the measuring position. Turn the edge so it is positioned in the
area in focus (towards X).

Now you can measure the tool.
