To disconnect the couplings:
Step 1: Shut down the A/C unit and unplug the electr i cal power cord from the
wall outlet.
Step 2: Wait five minute s for the line pressure be tween the indoor compressor
unit and outdoor condensing unit to equalize.
Step 3: Pull the male cou pling handle up and toward the mal e coupling to
the full back
Step 4: Retract the
male coupling half from the female hal f .
Step 5: To seal and protect from dust, reinstall the protective cap and plug.

ELECTRICAL WORK

Electric safety regulations for the initial Installation
1. If there is serious safety problem about the power supply, the technicians should refuse
to install the air conditioner and explain to the client until the problem is solved.
2. Power voltage should be in the range of 90%~110%of rated voltage.
3. The creepage protector and main power switch with a 1.5 times capacity of Max. Current
of the unit should be installed in power circuit.
4. Ensure the air conditioner is grounded well.
5. According to the attached Electrical Connection Diagram located on the panel of the
outdoor unit to connect the wire.
Electrical connection between indoor unit and outdoor unit
NOTE: To meet different requirement of different type of air conditioner, there are two kinds of methods
for your choice to connect the cables.
Option A:
1. The connection cables of indoor and outdoor units have been connected to the terminals
on the control board, only white plug connectors exposed.
2. Remove the control cover from the outdoor unit by loosening the screw.
3. Hold the indoor plug connector and insert the mating plug connector located on the
outdoor unit until it is fixed with a clicking sound. Secure the cable onto the control board
with the cord clamp.
4. The electrical connection is now complete.
