R WHEEL REMOVAL
Place
the mOlorcyde on its center
stand.
Loosen
the drive chain
adjuster
lock nuts
(I)
and adjusting bolts
(2).
Remove
the
stopper
fixing bolts

from
the end
of the
swing
arm.

Axle

Chain

4. Loosen the
rear axle
nUl
(4),
pull down
the
adjusting
bolts
(2)
and remove
the
adjusting stoppers
(S).
5.
Push the
wheel
for ....
ard
and
remove the
drive
chain from the rear
sproc
ket.
6.
Pull
out the wheel from the swingarm.
NOTE:
• Do nOI
depress the brake pedal while the
wheel is off the motorcycle.
The
caliper
piston
will
be forced out of the cylinder
with
subsequent
loss of brake'" nuid.
If
this
occurs,
servici
ng
of
the
brake
system
will
be necessary. See your
aUlhorized
Honda
dealer for
this scrvice
