Deleting a user password
To cancel the power-on password function:

Click Start, All Programs, Toshiba, Utilities, and then
TOSHIBA Assist.
The TOSHIBA Assist window appears.

Click Not Registered.

Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the user password.

To use the TOSHIBA PC Diagnostic Tool utility:

Click Start, All Programs, Toshiba, Utilities, and then
PC Diagnostic Tool, or click the PC Diagnostic Tool icon in
the Protect & Fix tab of

Click the Diagnostic Tool tab.

Select the devices that you would like to test by clicking the
check box that appears to the left of the device.
