Param: A base-10 representation of a bit field, default:3, for each bit:
BIT[0] Auto reconnect to last device after power on
BIT[1] NREC (Noise reduction and echo cancelling) function enable
BIT[2] HFP 3-way-calling function enable

Param: MAC address of target device (12 Bytes ASCII)
