Problem

Solution
"Check appliance is plugged in.
Check the fuse /circuit breaker in your home.
If none of the above contact Braun Service."
Check if Blade assembly is assembled properly and not
damaged
Check the position of the Blade assembly
Check maximum quantity recommendation
"Stop blending immediately, remove motor part from
the Blade assembly and remove blockage before
proceeding"
"Follow the recommendations for the correct order of
the ingredients, hard stuff on the bottom of the bottle"
"Cut hard stuff into small pieces before blending"
Follow recommendation to first start the motor and then
turning around the appliance for blending
Dip Mixing container in warm water
