7KN Powercenter 3000 provides a secure and universal communication interface for all
stated functions.
The external and internal communication interfaces have been deliberately separated to
ensure the security and functional independence.
The device types mentioned in "Internal Ethernet interface for the smart assembly network
(Page 35)" are supported in the 7KN Powercenter 3000. In future versions, additional device
types will be supported.
