Before setting up, ensure you have all
the correct components:
Print Head, Gearbox, Print Bed, Print Bed
Insert, CoC Reel with NozzleTweezers,
Digital calipers, USB stick, Glass block

Ensure the Fluidic Factory is
placed in a vibration and draft free
environment.
•
Plug in the power cable on the back of
Fluidic Factory and switch rear power on.
•
Now switch on Fluidic Factory from
power switch located at the front and
follow the on-screen instructions.

- Page 1 • Plug in the power cable on the back of Fluidic Factory and switch rear power on. • Now switch on Fluidic Factory from power switch located at the front and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Page 2 Inserting the Print Bed • Ensure the Fluidic Factory surface and bottom of Print Bed is free from dust and debris. • Put the Print Bed in contact with the pins then lever it down as shown. • Check the Print Bed is in the correct position.

- Page 4 Inserting the Nozzle • Push the lever back and feed the nozzle through the Print Head. • Ensure the nozzle has been pushed down to the bottom as shown. • Connecting the Gearbox Locate the gearbox onto the drive pin and rotate around towards the nozzle.
