WHAT’S IN THE BOX Carefully unpack the box and check if the following parts are included. If any part is damaged, do not use it, contact your Harman Kardon retailer or customer service. 1. INSTALLATION Placement NOTES: • To avoid wireless interference, keep a minimum distance of 5 meters (16.4 feet) between other wireless devices and the soundbar. • Make sure that there is a live AC (mains) outlet nearby. • Do not place the soundbar on its front, back or top when in use. •... - Page 12 Wall-mount NOTES: • Before mounting on a wall, make sure the wall can support the weight of this product. • For the wall mounting, avoid a location with high temperature or humidity. USING YOUR CITATION BAR Play Music Stream QQ Music through Wi-Fi NOTES: • The Citation Bar can support audio streaming but not video streaming. • Make sure that QPlay is enabled while streaming music via Wi-Fi. 1) Download and run the QQ Music app on your smartphone or tablet. - Page 24 c. SOUND SETTINGS Volume You have three ways to adjust the volume level while playing music. • Press or press and hold - / + button on the top panel. • Softly drag the volume bar on the touch panel. • Adjust the volume on your smartphone or tablet. TROUBLESHOOTING Sound No sound from the soundbar. • Make sure that the soundbar is not muted. • Make sure to select the correct audio input source. No sound from CITATION SUB or CITATION SURROUND. • Check if the subwoofer or the satellite speakers LED is in solid white color. - Page 34 Wi-Fi Failed to connect to Wi-Fi. • Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on. • Make sure that you have selected the right network and entered the correct password. • Make sure that your router or modem is turned on and within the range.
