Safety Notes
Never leave children unattended close to hot
cookware.
Never heat up empty pots or pots with cooking
fat with highest energy supply. If the pot is
overheated, please switch off the energy point
immediately. Do not lift the pot, but remove it to a heat-resistant, cold surface
by using oven mitts and allow cooling down.
Do not cut food in the cookware and do not stir food with sharp objects. Use
wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for stirring foods.
The pot handles and the glass lid knobs are made of plastic. The knobs and
handles are heatproof up to 140°C. Do not place the cookware in a hot oven if
the temperature exceeds 140°C.

The pots are made of stainless steel and are dishwasher-proof.

allow water, concentrating below the lid knob, to
empty out without any problems.
The extra sturdy encapsulated bottom of the pots
is perfect for all kinds of conventional cookers as
well as for induction cookers.
Before first Use
Please remove any labels from the cookware.
Fill the pots up to ¾ with water and add 3 tbsp.
vinegar. Than cook the water-vinegar solution for
approx. 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse the pots and
dry well.
Use the cooking zone whose diameter corresponds to the diameter of the
cookware.
Using the Pots
Only use the highest setting for cooking food with a high liquid content and
afterwards turn down to middle or low energy supply. When cooking foods
with little liquid, only use the lowest energy supply. Please avoid removing of-
ten the lid.
First, bring water to boil and then add salt. Adding salt in cold water might
damage the bottom of the pot.
The pots are not suited for deep-frying foods. Please always use a tall pot for
deep-frying.
Cleaning
Do not allow food residue to dry on the cookware. Simply wipe out the cook-
ware with kitchen towel or clean the cookware with hot water and detergent.
Preferably, remove food and soak the remnants in the cookware in a bit of
water and detergent while it is still warm.
Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners which contain sand and do not
clean the cookware with the abrasive side of sponges.
When cleaning the cookware in the dishwasher, remove the cookware from
the dishwasher and dry well. By doing this you will avoid stains.
Calciferous spots on the bottom of the pot can be easily removed with a boil-
ing water-and-vinegar solution.
If you notice dull patches or discolouration of the surface, it is due to minerals
in the water. To remove these marks, rub the affected areas with half a
lemon. The stain can also be removed with a mixture of 9 parts water and 1
part vinegar essence.
