3-2-6. Temperature Error

The following temperature error code is
displayed on the Display Control Software.
110, 111, 113
310, 313, 315, 316
Is the temperature of the operating
environment within the specification?
Yes
Check if the air intake hole is not blocked.
If there is any foreign substance that blocks
the air intake hole, remove it.
(When the displayed error code is 110 or 310,
the error is eliminated.)
Is the displayed error code 315 or 316?
No
Is the displayed error code 113 or 313?
No
Is the displayed error code 111?
ZRD-1/ZRD-2
No
Lower the temperature of the operating
environment.
When the error code is 315, replace the fan
Yes
on the right side.
When the error code is 316, replace the fan
on the left side.
Replace the cell.
Yes
(The reading/writing of the data is also
necessary. )
