Important!: Before using the Voice Mail feature, you must enter the voice server number obtained from service in
the Voice server number field.
• Voicemail settings: allows you to record a greeting, change your PIN, or activate the voicemail feature.
• Call voicemail: dials the voice mailbox.
• Sync now: synchronizes with the voicemail inbox and displays recent voicemail messages.
Follow the voice mail prompts.

Exchange Email

Use the following procedure to configure your phone to synchronize with a corporate email account.
Before you begin synchronizing, record the URL address of the Exchange server, your Exchange account user
name, and your Exchange account password. You will also need to know the domain name for the Exchange server
and whether you will use SSL encryption.
From the Home screen, touch Messages

Enter the appropriate information on the Server settings screen and touch Save to save your configuration.

Sentbox

This message box stores messages that you have sent or messages that you attempted to send but were not
actually sent.
When you enter this menu, the list of messages in the box displays with the recipients' phone numbers or names, if
available in your Contacts.
From the Home screen, touch Messages

Prior to viewing an outgoing message, you can choose one of the following options:

• Create: allows you to create a message.
• Sort by: allows you to display messages in the Sentbox by Date, Recipient, Type, Subject, Size, or Lock/Unlock.
