The applications that display on the third panel are all tools. These tools allow you to manage time as well as your
appointments, memos and tasks. A calendar helps to track all of the scheduled activities and the built in convertor
allows you to convert various measurements, weights, temperatures, as well as currencies.
Alarm
This feature allows you to:
• Set up to 10 alarms to ring at specified times.
• Set the phone to switch on automatically and ring the alarm even if the phone is switched off.
To set the alarm:
From the Home screen, press

Tap the screen to begin creating an alarm or tap Create alarm.
2.
Touch the Alarm name field and enter a name for this alarm.
3.
Enter the time for this alarm in the Alarm time field.
4.
Touch the Alarm repeat field and select the days you want this alarm to repeat.
5.
Touch the On or Off icon in the Snooze field.
6.
Touch Save to save this alarm configuration.
7.
Calculator
Using this feature you can use the phone as a calculator. The calculator provides the basic arithmetic functions; addition,
subtraction, multiplication, and division. You can also use this as a scientific calculator.
From the Home screen, press

From the Home screen, open the Widget tray and touch, drag and drop the Calculator onto the desktop.
Enter the first number using the numeric keys.

Enter the operation for your calculation by pressing the Plus, Minus, Multiplication, or Division key.
3.
Enter the next number.
4.
then touch Tools Alarm.
then touch Tools Calculator.
