extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

or installation.
-Product must be installed according to applicable code(s) by a person familiar with its construction

-This Lamp rated up to 60 Watt MAX Type A INCANDESCENT Bulb (Not Included).

-To reduce risk of personal injury, always turn off fixture and allow bulbs to cool prior to
replacement.

- Page 2 Assemble in location for intended use. Remove all parts, hardware and protective packaging from carton and carefully arrange on a clean, level surface. Harp and Finial Prevent accidentally discarding small parts or hardware. Retain all carton contents until assembly and installation are complete. - Page 3 Unplug lamp prior to installation or removal. Turning off switch is not sufficient. STEP 1: PREPARE FIXTURE Carefully align Cord Covers then thread and tighten together. Gently pull excess cord through bottom Cover. Cord Covers STEP 2: PREPARE MOUNTING HARDWARE Carefully Remove Backplate Side Screws (C) from sides of Fixture Body (A) and set aside.
