Safety Precautions UVLED 48
General Operation:
The ADJ UVLED 48 contains an automatic volt-
age switch, which will auto sense the voltage when it is plugged into
the power source. With the automatic voltage switch you do not need
to worry about wall voltage, this unit can be plugged in anywhere. This
fixture is designed to operate as a stand alone unit, there is no need
of a controller. It has been tested and there is no assembly necessary.
Plug the unit in to a matching power outlet or into a power pack. The
UVLED 48 is ready to be plugged in out of the box, just "flip" the power
switch. Light output will be immediate when the unit is powered on.

Due to fog residue, smoke, and dust cleaning, external housing
and bulb should be carried out periodically to optimize light output.
Cleaning frequency depends on the environment in which the fix-
ture operates (I.e. smoke, fog residue, dust, dew). In heavy club use
we recommend cleaning on a monthly basis. Periodic cleaning will
ensure longevity, and crisp output.
1. Using a soft cloth, care fully wipe down the outside case and
gently wipe down the bulb.

Trouble Shooting:
Common problems and possible solutions listed below.
NO Light Output from Fixture
1. Check power switch is in the ON position.
2. Check that the fixture is receiving power.
3. Check if the circuit breaker for the power outlet the fixture is
connected to has not been tripped.
4. Contact ADJ Customer Support.
