Safety instructions
1. Do not load more than 200 kg into the cart. The tipping device may only be used with loads of
up to 100 kg.
2. Do not allow children to play with the garden cart. It is not a toy.
3. Make sure that the weight is distributed evenly across the entire bed.
4. Do not place loads at the edges of the bed.
5. Do not use the cart if any part of it is damaged or detached.
6. Beware of sharp objects: they can damage the tyres.
7. Do not pump up the tyres to pressures above 2.1 bar.
Assembly
Check that all of the following components are included:
bed 1x
locking unit 1x
right/left legs 2x
base 1x
handle 1x
handle attachment 1x
Tools required: cross-head screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver and adjustable spanner.

Turn the bed over. Attach the locking unit to the
bed using four M8 x 18 carriage bolts, washers
and locking nuts.

locking nuts (M12) 4x
washers (12 mm) 4x
bolt (M8 x 60), nut and washer 1x
carriage bolts (M8 x 18), nuts and washers 12x

Attach the legs using four M8 x 18 carriage
bolts, washers and locking nuts. Make sure that
the stopper (pin) of the foot tilt mechanism is
pointing inwards.
