1) Check that unit is properly leveled. Use a digital level to check proper level.
2) Check that the mounting bracket is properly installed.
3) Determine what kind of detergent and rinse-aid are being used.
4) When did the AE error show up? How many cycles have been run since?
5) What is the most frequently used cycle?
6) Check the temperature of the water supply to the dishwasher.
7) Was the door opened during the cycle?
