INSTALLATION

INNOTECH-POINT has been tested in accordance with EN 795:2012 TYP A and may only be
used as attachment point with a flat roof or slightly inclined roof. INNOTECH-POINT
should not be installed horizontal (e.g. in facades) or on the under side of ceilings ("overhead").
FASTENING IN WOOD
The basic prerequisite is a static bearing subconstruction and
compliance with the installation instructions.
If in doubt consult a structural engineer.
 Timber rafter dimensions:
min. 140/140 mm without additional planking
(see Fig. 1)
or
Timber rafter dimensions:
min. 100/140 mm
with
at least 19mm
thicker timber
planking
(see Fig.2)
 Drill precisely Ø 18 mm centered
in structural timber
using a suitable wood drill
125 mm in depth.
 POINT-11 must be screwed in
to the marking (as shown).
 Check for firm seat.
