Games crash, display a black screen, or stop responding

 If the issue persists on the latest version, close apps that are currently not in use. Too many
apps running in the background may affect the phone performance, causing it to crash, display a
black screen, or freeze.
 If that doesn"t help, restart your phone and relaunch the game. Restarting your phone helps
clear the cache and it may fix the issue of phone crash or black screen.
 If the issue is not fixed, open Settings, search for Apps, touch Huawei Mobile Services, go to
Storage> CLEAR DATA, and relaunch the game.
 If the issue still persists, it is advised that you read the game instructions or consult the
customer service team for the game. Some games may not be compatible with your phone or can
only run properly in the Google services framework.
