To use the audio guide

You can listen to an audio guide with valuable information such as the
name of the exercise activity and the elapsed time while in the fi tness
mode.
1. Select <Fitness> on the main menu screen.
2. Select <Audio Guide>
The audio guide will not be heard while listening to music or FM radio.
