To use the audio guide

You can listen to an audio guide that will name the exercise activity
you've selected and the time that has elapsed during exercise. You will
hear an elapsed time message once every fi ve minutes of exercise.
1. Select <Fitness> on the main menu screen.
2. Select <Audio Guide>
The audio guide will not be heard while listening to music or FM radio.
